Influenced by observed interactions and personal narratives, Response explores the human experience and strives to gain a heightened understanding of what it means to be a human with existential choices. Moreover, this body of work questions how we as humans explicitly and inexplicitly respond to ourselves, to others, and to our environment in relation to our individual emotional intelligence. These works do not intend to serve as answers to existential questioning, but rather to confront human consciousness, and to continually ask the question: what is my response?
